I applied in-person. I interviewed at The Body Shop (Colchester, England) in Aug 2018
Interview
Whole process took around a month, which idk, could be expected for this kind of role? Was very pleasant; the manager was lovely as was the rest of the team. It was a positive experience. Role play as assistant manager where I had to brief the team on the KPIs for the day (15/20 mins) and then achieve them.

They had walk in interviews and I stepped in and got asked a few questions and then brought back my resume later in the day when I had it. They called we a few days later and I got a time for an interview a week later. Than, I show up and it’s the wrong time. They told me they would likely reschedule and then I heard nothing back.
I applied in-person. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at The Body Shop (Calgary, AB)
Interview
Dropped off resume in person and a week later was called in for an interview. Had a quick chat with the manager, pretty laid back. Mostly went off-track on our conversation, but still got to know the role and the responsibilities. She did ask questions too, but none were over the top hard. Super easy interview. Got the call instantly.
