Terumo Project Manager interview questions

They sent me an email and we arranged a phone interview on a specific time and date.I had to cancel my preprogrammed tasks and I've been waiting for hours in vain.The next day I sent an email to learn what happened and the recruiter replied that "he had forgotten our appointment".I couldn't believe it !! The questions were based on my CV.I was asked if i know french , i said no and I was told that it's not important because the role was international and they speak english in the office.Next time I heard of them was after 15 days where they sent me an email informing that I was rejected because I cannot speak french !!!!!
