During the company open job fair: We walk into a selected leased business space conference room (not the company brick and mortar location), fill out application amongst all other applying candidates for different jobs the company is looking for. Application asks to list 3 references and telephone numbers,so have those at the ready. Your application is reviewed by the onsite company recruiter. Within moments, you are then called to a different location of the conference space where its just you and the recruiter. The recruiter asks you a few screening questions and attempts to see if you can communicate with him and test your listening and articulation skills... so it seemed. I felt the recruiter and I hit it off just fine and even went so far as to direct me to directly email my resume to him. The recruiter said he would hand deliver my resume over to the 'Hiring Manger' for that division whose position I was applying to. At the time, the Hiring Manager was trying to assemble his team by the time the company consolidates its three branch offices and relocates into one Lewisville, TX location by Summer 2015.
