I applied online. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Teach for America (New York, NY) in Jan 2016
Interview
Several stages- beginning with a phone interview. I was chosen to skip the following stage (?) to proceed to the next round- a group interview. Next, model lesson, followed by group problem solving. Last stage: 1:1. It was an all-day process (or at least it felt like one)

Interview
This was one of the hardest interviews I have had...First you fill out an online application, then you get invited to an interview (I skipped over the phone), fill out some essay questions and then finally the face to face interview where you prepare a 5 minute lesson plan, discuss on some read papers, talk about the company's mission...
