The process was long and it included a sample teach exercise. There was an online application, a phone interview, and a in person interview which consisted of one to one interview and group/panel discussions.

The interview was very quick - not much of a conversation. I was just asked scripted questions -one after another. It felt very impersonal but that can be expected with a phone interview.

Interview
Apply online, get notified if you got an interview. Interview consists of a group session: each person teaches a lesson and then the group works on a case study together. Then each person has an individual "personal" interview. Virtual interview was not awkward at all.
Find out if you got accepted, submit regional preferences, and get notified of regional assignment. Accept or decline the offer.
