I applied through college or university. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Teach for America
Interview
- Group interview with other students from your university (at least in my case) that spans most of the day. In general, the activities are interesting, however my one-on-one interview was very strange. My interviewer didn't seem interested in speaking with my about my experience, and only asked about a very specific role in a student organization. It seemed they only picked out titles from resume, instead of looking at years of experience with an organization.

Question 1
How did you take a leadership role in this position?
Started with a phone interview, skype interview, and then in person mock lesson. The mock lesson took a few hours. As long as you are organized, and have practiced, you'll be fine.
