Teach for America interview questions

It was a very standard interview process. Typical behavioral interview on the phone. The individual that interviewed me ended up being my manager for the summer who I grew to be very close with. The individual interviewing you will most likely be hiring for their own team, they appreciated a lot of my practical and operational experiences as they related a lot to the day-to-day of the job.

The interview began with with a group interview in which the interviewer asked a question that involved making a decision that either benefited the community or the individual. Next was a mock lesson conducted by the interviewees and then personal interviews.
