I applied online. I interviewed at Teach for America (Davis, CA) in May 2019
Interview
The interview process included a lengthy application, a cover letter, and an hour long interview. The written portion required recommendations of 15 other high achieving students, however this is more so to test the determination of the candidate and their skill in researching and producing results. The interview was indicative of TFA's attention to detail and their focus on the character of their employees. While it was a tedious process, it wasn't too difficult as the employees were nice.

Interview
filled out paperwork, waited months, interviewed and gave five minute lesson, talked about things. Was strange because I have experience (3+ years) of working with kids in educational fields but interviewer seemed to flinch at that. I also majored in education with a 3.7. Seems like they really only want business or random other majors. Heard bad things about them later, so meh.
Easy and good recruiter . Reached out by email to set up time. Y’all about teaching experiences and what you add to students Want you to show you have a passsion for teaching and working with students
