I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Teach for America
Interview
The first half of the interview was questions from the interviewer about my relevant background. The second half was mostly her answering my questions about the organization, team, and the role. Be prepared with thoughtful questions that show you have done your research into TFA and their priorities.

Question 1
The initial questions were about my own diversity training and experience managing equitably. This seems like a key issue any applicant should be well-versed in for this org/role.
I applied online. I interviewed at Teach for America (Birmingham, AL) in Jan 2021
Interview
Was very smooth and organized. Was provided pre-reading that helped a bit with some of the interview questions. Interviewers really wanted to get a sense of commitment to goals/mission of the organization so a lot of questions dealt with my understanding and drive for the TFA mission.
I interviewed at Teach for America (New York, NY) in Nov 2017
Interview
We started with a group interview, which included a teaching portion for all participants. There was an hour long break. The afternoon featured an individual interview with a TFA representative.
