I applied online. I interviewed at Teach for America in Oct 2020
Interview
You speak to idealistic individuals who think they know how to teach the most troubled youths in the country, applying inane, unfounded approaches towards education equality that only the most accomplished pedagogue could ever hope to accomplish. These kids need a John Keating from the Dead Poets' Society - not some soft-faced 22-year-old white boy who can only speak of inequality as if it were hypothetical.

Question 1

The interview is hard but they gear it towards a conversation. Be lively, passionate, and smart! They use a lot of hypothetical scenarios during the interview process. I enjoyed the interviewer and it lasted about an hour.
