Interviewing with TFA takes a lot of introspection. You cannot just assume this as a typical job interview. The preparation requires you to bring your authentic self in a process of reflection and application, which may be difficult or discomforting for some individuals. You must be openminded and willing to embrace change to truly make an impact and transform your experience in TFA. Alum/staff are extremely valuable, however, the students are ultimately the priority. You must emulate the mission of TFA and devote your efforts in service to them. This should not be a "resume booster" experience.
