Teach for America interview questions

phone interview was really rushed and the interviewer wasnt very interactive. after that, in the final round, the 5 minute presentation was fine but slightly awkward. the 1 on 1 interview was pretty bad actually..i was unlucky to get the last slot at the end of a long week for them, since they had 4 full-day interviews before me. the interviewer was really tired and sluggish and it showed. i personally felt that it went really well but ultimately i didnt get it. though i dont want to say that the interviewer's fatigue had anything to do with it, but it really was difficult to pick up his mood and try to impress him, no matter how upbeat i was....

Submitted an online application and essay. Heard back in about two weeks. Moved straight to the final interview. Make yourself really reflect that you understand what it means to teach in an underprivileged school that your are truly committed to doing it. That want passionate individuals who are don't give up.
