Teach for America interview questions

Two step interview- lesson plan needed. The interviewers gave great feedback and were very helpful in the process. Later it went into a behavioral interview. Scenarios questions along with more personal ones (tell me about yourself, what are your motivations, etc)

They ask you a lot of questions about why you get into education and how you would handle hypothetical classroom experiences. They're looking for leadership qualities and patience. Think through things and show that you're able to make good decisions under pressure.
