Pretty conversational and ask about experience. Then you have your case study and your lesson. I think they do a good job with their interviews. I enjoyed mine. You definitely need to be prepared. Other questions are the typical behavioral ones.

They ask you a lot of questions about why you get into education and how you would handle hypothetical classroom experiences. They're looking for leadership qualities and patience. Think through things and show that you're able to make good decisions under pressure.
