I applied online. I interviewed at Teach for America in Mar 2014
Interview
It involved an online application, phone interview, online assessment, and all-day interview where you presented a mini-lesson and had a one-on-one interview. You are asked to describe yourself, how you would approach various scenarios, why you are interested in the organization.
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Teach for America (Washington, DC) in Apr 2015
Interview
Online application. Notification of either going on to final interview or a phone interview (I skipped the phone interview.) Then online activity (about biases and how you would handle certain situations.) Following the online activity, there is a full-day in-person interview with a sample teaching lesson, group activity, and individual interview.

Question 1
What was the biggest challenge you have overcome and how can you bring that experience to improve yourself in the future?

Interview
It was weird, not conversation-like at all. The phone interview was fine and more conversational than the final interview. That portion re-asked phone interview questions (if they weren't satisfied with them?) but you just felt like you were repeating yourself. It was very forced. The teaching part was a breeze, the interview part was weird.
