The interview process was lengthy and thorough. After submitting work deliverables, and 3 references, preparing for a 90-minute interview with a teacher observation video, and conducting the 90-minute video, I was invited to meet with the executive director in-person. After the meet-up, I didn't hear anything for several weeks (after being told that I would). I followed up at least 3 times with 3 separate individuals and eventually, I was informed that they decided to hire someone else. I asked for feedback because I did dedicate a lot of time and energy to this process, but I did not receive a response. As an organization that prides itself on humanity and equity, they really dropped the ball for me and the lack of communication and unnecessary tasks were extremely disappointing.
