I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Teach for America (Berkeley, CA)
Interview
I was referred by a friend then spoke to an on campus recruiter. I submitted the online application and participated in a phone interview. That went well and I was given a final interview time. The final interview took up most of the day and I was given 5 minutes to teach a lesson to a group of around 8 people. There was a group interview and an individual interview.
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Teach for America (Lexington-Fayette, KY) in Jan 2015
Interview
They did a 2 part interview process. The first was a phone interview after they reviewed my resume. It was about 45 minutes. Then there was an in person interview. The in person interview had 3 parts. The first was present a 5 minute lesson to a group of people, then discuss an article, and finally a one on one interview. It all took about 3 hours.

Interview
First step was to apply online. After, you may be invited to a phone interview (asking behavioral questions). Third stage was an group-video interview session where we had to give a 5 minute lesson, then have a group discussion on an issue provided, and lastly had a one-on-one interview with the recruiter.
