I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Teach for America (Minneapolis, MN) in Jul 2014
Interview
I met with a campus recruiter and was contacted a couple weeks later asking if I would interview for the position (I did not apply for the position they reached out saying they thought I would be a good fit). I interviewed on the phone with 2 managers and 1 current campus campaign coordinator.

What is your personal experience with diversity?
What are some of your marketing ideas for campus?
Quick and easy interview process. I was only asked a few basic questions as this was essentially an internship for college students. Was offered the job the next day and stayed in the position for two years.
I applied through other source. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Teach for America (Grand Rapids, MI) in Jun 2018
Interview
I was given two parts to my interview process. The first involved a phone screen, and the second involved a video interview that lasted around an hour.
Overall the interview process was nice and personable. I was able to learn a lot more about what was involved with the position than I knew previously. What was nice is that they spent a lot of time on getting to know why the candidate wanted to interview as opposed to just focusing on resume content alone.
