Target Team Member interview questions

The interview was good but it was virtual. I did have ample time to prepare however and I was able to expect what they were going to ask. There were resources on YouTube and stuff to be able to train for this interview. They also granted the ability to retry up to 3 times per interview question which I thought was nice, but also added to the awkwardness of it as well. It was definitely impersonal but I thought it was pretty easy.

It was a prerecorded video interview. You have a few minutes to read the question, then record yourself answer the question. They called me to offer me the job about a week later.
