I did two interviews to get the job. I had one interview with the Team Lead for the position I was going for and one with the HR person. I was told at the interview with HR I had the job if I wanted it.

A very informal interview. Asked a few questions and about any previous experience. I had none and was fine. The gave a tour of the store and introduced me to team leads. Was offered the job on the spot.
