Target Operations Manager interview questions

Series of phone interviews, I believe a recruiter originally reached out. Then another phone interview with HR. Next steps would’ve been an in person panel interview. But I didn’t get to that phase.

The first part of the in-person interview was done with another candidate which I found interesting. A member of HR toured us around the distribution center together explaining different responsibilities and aspects of the position, allowing us to interact with employees. There were then two interviews with senior managers which were done individually.
