It was fairly easy with phone calls and virtual interviews. Basic questions, goals, etc. but they ended up accepting someone else without telling me until my final interview which was really sad considering it was going super well. Communication would have been great so I did not waste my time.

It was a pretty straightforward process and was pretty simple. They provide a bunch of information about what target looks for in interviews and how it's mostly behavioral questions etc. The target corporate website has a lot of resources.

Honestly wasn’t bad. They have a program that they sorta force on you to be in to become an Ops Manager but people from outside don’t have to go through that.
