I applied online. I interviewed at Target (Minneapolis, MN) in Jul 2020
Interview
The interview process was fairly straightforward and efficient. Questions that were asked were pretty typical HR questions (previous work experience, why do you want to work here, etc.). The interview was conducted by phone, didn't last more than 30 minutes.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
What are your strengths/weaknesses, what is your previous work experience
It was a basic interview. Normal interview questions. So be prepared and try to research the criteria and job responsibilities that the job entails. If you do research and show interest then you should be fine
You do a test prior and after that, if selected, you get to do another interview. They have a very particular type of person they want working for them. I'm sure if you actually want to work there, you can. I feel like target is a good place to work in high school or in college part time.
