I applied online. I interviewed at Target (Minneapolis, MN) in Jul 2020
Interview
The interview process was fairly straightforward and efficient. Questions that were asked were pretty typical HR questions (previous work experience, why do you want to work here, etc.). The interview was conducted by phone, didn't last more than 30 minutes.

I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Target (Keene, NH)
Interview
Scheduled a phone interview and the interviewer never showed up. I was offered a job a few days later with no interview. Huge red flag and I did not take the job.
It is a video interview with questions prior to recording and you answer the questions. It's very straightforward and easy to do. Then you'll talk to a supervisor prior to getting hired
fairly simple the interview process includes an online application, possible assessment, and an in-store interview focused on customer service and availability, followed by a conditional offer, background check, and orientation
