Target Hardlines Team Member interview questions

Interviewed to team leads each for 15 minutes. They asked questions about my previous work experience and some problem solving questions. Interview was pretty simple and I received an offer at the end of the interview.

It took like 45 minutes of waiting to get the interview and they ran through behavioral questions in which they used practical situations from my experience to gather information. She wrote down everything and in the end, I got the job for seasonal, eventually, they asked if I could switch from seasonal to part-time so that was cool! The managers and environment are very nice and they encourage everyone to be fast and friendly.
