Target Hardlines Team Member interview questions

The interview process was very brief and low stress. It was a one on one interview and the questions weren't very difficult to answer. My interviewer was very eager to hear what my answers were and wanted to just get a better understanding of who I was and if I would make a nice addition to their team.

The interview process was considerably quick. I was contacted about scheduling an interview within the week of applying for the job. I interviewed on two separate days with different managers and was then offered the job immediately following the second interview.
