The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Target (Rohnert Park, CA) in Dec 2010
Interview
They only asked situational questions. I felt after the interview I didn't get to say things about myself that I am actually proud of and see as strengths in myself.
Be ready to pack the questions with other things you want them to know about you because you wont get a chance unless it comes up in a question.

Question 1
when did you have to work on a big project and what was the outcome
The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Target (Albuquerque, NM) in Jan 2011
Interview
They were very kind to me in making the interview process as smooth as possible. There were ultimately 3 rounds of interviews. I had one round face to face and the last two over the phone. I lived three and a half hours from the nearest target but they wanted me so bad that they worked with me to help me do the least amount of driving possible. It was great.
