Target ETL interview questions

Interviewers very polite and kind. The 1:1 interview in behavioral/accomplishment format. Highly structured and did not give opportunity to discuss strengths if not raised in one of the 5 questions asked. Additionally, 2 of the 5 questions had negative slant to them (Tell me about a time when you disagreed with your supervisor, what did you do?; Tell me about a time when you did not agree with your employer, how did you handle it?). Overall not an open and positive interview process.
