Target Barista interview questions

There were two interviews. Both interviews were done on the same day. Job offer was done right after the second interview. The questions asked are mostly scenario questions and very general.

I went through a 2 step interview. My first interview was with the food manager and he asked me a few easy questions. My second interview was with the sales flopr manager. The questions were very similar and easy. They hired me on spot and set up my orientation. I was hired during seasonal time so it was very easy.
