Target Executive Team Leader interview questions

Interview I was contacted by a recruiter through email. Once I was contacted, we set up a time for a phone interview. The process went really smoothly and they are extremely flexible when it comes to scheduling a time. The first interview was over the phone and I was asked basic interview questions along with some behavioral type questions.
