I applied through college or university. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Target in Nov 2015
Interview
It was really brief and there was a lot of "scenario" questions like, "If this were to happen and something else happened at the same time, what would you do?" I urgently encourage you guys to do the STAR method with these types of questions.
On the side note, the recruiter (my interviewer) said I'll hear back a response from them a week later but after a week, they never emailed back so I emailed them what is my next step. The recruiter redirected me to someone but he said he didn't know why I was calling. What??
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Target

This was round 1 of interviewing which was a phone interview. It was very chill. Set up tI me in a speedy process. Submitted application online and the next day received email for time. Asked how long it would take for the next step to happen if I was offered and she said I would know on Tuesday (phone interviewed on a Friday).
