Interview
The interview takes place in three stages. A phone interview, then an in person interview at the District level then another phone interview at the Group level. These questions are situation based. The interview is behavioral based and typically ask five behavioral questions seeking specific examples from candidate. The interview was a nice introduction to the company and allowed you to meet many leaders at different levels.

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Target
Interview
Extremely challenging and thorough, but all with the Target 'Fast, Fun and Friendly' attitude. Many layers to the interview. (Most) Target leaders are warm and friendly, which can make interviews seem deceptively easy although they are very selective. Be prepared to answer very specific behavioral interview questions with probing follow ups.
