Applied online through the company website. Received an email to set up a phone screen with a recruiter. Contacted recruiter directly to scedule a phone screen within the following 2 weeks. Phone screen was exactly 30 minutes. Asked about my Resume and background as well as 4 different behavior based questions.

Interview
There are 3 seperate interviews throughout the process and it uses the method of s.t.a.r. They ask you questions and want you to describe the situation, task at hand, actions you took, and results.

Interview
I met a recruiter at my campus career fair, and she asked for my resume. I was contacted for an interview, then a second, and the third was with a store manager and district manager at the same time. Lastly was a phone interview, which lasted about 10 minutes with Human Resources. Interviews were fairly short and questions were basic.
