I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Target (Fontana, CA) in Nov 2015
Interview
The interview process is long and incredibly stressful. I initially interviewed with the recruiter over the phone. At this point, I was asked to complete an online assessment which was stressful and very difficult. I then proceeded to my 2nd interview, which was with a Store Team Leader. Following this interview, I was schedule to do a 2- hour observation and a third interview with the District Manager. This was as far as I made it.

Interview
Really easy and follow up is key! They want specifics and they will let you know if they are satisfied with your answer and will probe for more if need be. Behavioral based questions are go to for them. So just be willing to state how you work in a team but always be specific as to how you specifically work and what you do. Always come back to the outcome of the situation.

They asked situation based questions and looked for a higher scope. The higher the scope the better the answer. They asked four questions in a one on one interview. There are multiple interviews throughout the process that will require you to wait 2-3 weeks. You recieve no feedback.
