I applied through college or university. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Target
Interview
I talked to a recruiter at my college career fair. After, I had 4 or 5 interviews each with someone higher up in the company. The interviewers all asked behavior-based questions and looked for answers given with the STAR method. The interviewers were all personable and I did not feel stressed or nervous talking to them. Just make sure to prepare ahead of time! Also be able to answer simple questions like, "tell me about yourself" and "why Target?".
I applied online and only had one interview with a recruiter before receiving an email stating that I didn't get to move on to the next interview. Unfortunately, Target's policy doesn't allow for feedback to be provided after an interview. My suggestions would be to prepare using Glassdoor and have answers to the most frequently asked interview questions.

Interview
Completed online application and testing (about an hour). Received email that day, if my talents were what they were looking for, I would be notified. About 3 days later, email to set up 15 min. phone interview with Reg. Talent Mgr. 2 days later, received email thanking me but they decided to pursue other candidates.
