Target Executive Team Leader interview questions

Phone screening and then 2-3 interviews with Store, District, and Group leadership. The last 2-3 interviews will most likely be in person. Most questions will center around how you led a process, team, etc to a result. They arent looking for 'doing', they are looking for 'leading'.

First got a call from the recruiter with basic questions about myself, including graduation date, experience, etc. which the went into a few behavioral type questions. The next day I received a call from a different recruiter asking if I could set up a time to have a phone interview first the district manager then later the same day a store manager in my area. Each interview was similar to the other and lasted about 20-30 consisting of behavioral based questions.
