I applied in-person. I interviewed at Target (Hawthorne, CA) in Jan 2018
Interview
Got a phone call for AP executive but the phone recruiter asks about where you live then assigns you to a completely different district. Interview with Store leader, then district leader, then AP leader for district. Accept the position believing that I would be an executive for one of three interests. NO! Assigned to what they want to put you in. Then get dismissed during training for not taking lunch before your 5th hour.
