Target Executive Team Leader interview questions

I'm still interviewing with them. I had my first interview 2 weeks ago and I have a follow up with the DTL tomorrow. My first interview was great! Comfortable, fun and lots of talking. All situational based questions then time for you to ask them questions. -Describe a time you made a mistake. -Tell me about a time you helped someone. -Where do you see yourself with Target in 3-5yrs? -Tell me about a time you worked in a team.

They came to my college and preformed a one on one interview then followed it up with an IQ test and then a subsequent interview with the regional supervisor.
