Target Executive Team Leader interview questions

The interview was my first experience on campus after the job fair. It was a good interview, at least I thought so. Interviewed on a Friday and received a rejection email on the following Monday with no reason as to why I didn't move on in the process.

I applied online and received a call from a recruiter about two weeks later. She asked me: "What is your leadership experience?", "Where do you see yourself in 5 years?", and "Why do you want to work for Target?". Then I took an assessment test that focused on: personality, problem solving, and situational instances. Then I had a 1:1 interview with a Store Leader followed by another 1:1 interview with another Store Leader. Here are some of the behavioral questions they asked me: Tell me about a time: -"You had a conflict with another employee/classmate" -"You made a mistake at work or in a group project" -"You had a conflict with a manager/supervisor" -"You had to be creative at work or in a group setting" -"You felt like you weren't succeeding at your job"
