Interiew and Hiring Process is long but you learn a lot from the process. They will usually give you feedback on the spot and help you prepare for the next interview if you pass the initial interview. For the ETL position, you will interview with 2 STL's (store team leaders) and 1 DTL ( district team leader)
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
They will only ask you situational based questions. Tell me about a time when you challenged an opinion or idea of boss or with whom you worked on a project.
I applied through college or university. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Target (Denver, CO) in Oct 2011
Interview
It was a long process and after 6 interviews I got a generic thank you for applying but we will not be hiring you email. It also stated not to ask for feedback because it would not be given. After meeting with a district manager and regional hr representative I felt it was disrespectful. It is okay to not hire me, but at least give me a phone call or feedback!

Question 1
They were situational questions. Name a time, How did you handle it, What was the outcome. Come with stories in mind!
I applied through college or university. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Target in Feb 2012
Interview
The questions for my round 1 and round 2 were very similar. In my opinion, I did quite well during the 1st round as the 2 interviews often agreed with my responses and would even recite what I had said. However, I didn't do so well on round 2 since I was then rejected. Also, during my 2nd interview, one of the interviewers was chewing gum, and I can hear her, which I found very unprofessional. Majority of the questions are "STAR" based revolving around leadership and behavioral questions.
