Target Executive Team Leader interview questions

About 7 interviews. Very thorough, extremely standardized.

3 Interviews consisting of an initial phone interview with a store team leader, an in person interview at the district office with district team leader and HR business partner, and a final phone interview with regional leadership (seemed like more of a get-to-know-you interview). Must pass drug test and background test.
