Target Executive Team Leader interview questions

I began the interview process at a walk-in recruiting event. I was given a number to call for the local corporate office and I was set up for subsequent interviews. Overall, I had three in-person interviews and one phone interview. I was also given an online assessment and questionnaire. The questions were mostly managerial and situational in nature. After I was given an offer, I was given a mandatory drug test to seal the deal.

1st phone interview: Recruiter was very straight forward. Really went straight from the questions that she had on paper. No emotion. I asked a few questions after the interview such as: 1. Career advancement 2. Workplace environment for employees 3. Training opportunity and what it consisted of 4. What are the next steps 5. Do you consider me as a good candidate to hire?
