Interview
I applied through my universities career fair in with like to to apply for an interview. I didn't interview on campus with 2 recruiters they were actually store team leaders I'm very very it's nice to have great personalities they did ask a lot of situational based questions for the ample tell me about a time that you had to adapt to unforeseeable change, tell me about a school project that you worked on in the steps that you took to complete it, tell me about a time that you made a mistake. I had a list of behavioral questions I thought might have come up an interview but none of them came up! prepare some power stories for their behavioral based interview. I also had the opportunity to talk with them about the company, training, etc.they told me that I did excellent on the interview and that I would be hearing back from the recruiter regarding next step so I'm just waiting to see what happens.
