TTEC Customer Service Representative (CSR) interview questions

There was no real interview. I applied online, took the assessments. I was contacted thru email. All communication was done via email. Had to wait for invite to training. I started training about 2 weeks after I applied. I was never technically "interviewed"

Showed the values, read them and give an example of when you used it. Very easy. Not difficult. Not hard. Not difficult. Very easy. Don't stress. There was a typing test to see how fast you type and to check if you are a normal human being.
