TTEC Customer Service Representative (CSR) interview questions

A waste of time. Was hired only to be completely led on. Not even sure if this job is legit. Provided them with all my information and not sure what they are doing with it

Waited over 25 minutes in reception. Completed typing and English grammar test in 12 minutes. No-one came to collect the results for 20 minutes. Waited in the reception area for another 12 minutes. Face to face interview went well. I then completed a English proficiency test in 5 minutes. The interviewer did not collect the test for over 15 minutes. My first impression if this company is that they are unprofessional.
