TTEC Customer Service Representative (CSR) interview questions

Just one day process. Computer assessment, typing test, and HR interview. Very normal and straightforward questions about self, CV, future and behavioral aspects. The recruiter was friendly and was positive. Overall a good experience.

Ok just doing regular office duties everything and everyone had problems with the process of not knowing. Just stay to yourself and you will not have office problems. Maybe in the future they will offer new training programs.
