TTEC Customer Setvice Representative interview questions

Applied online and instantly (within a business day) received an email asking me to set up an interview. There was the option of 4 interview times Monday - Friday. I was a little surprised no one personally contacted me or set up an interview. When I arrived to the interview there were a few other people there to be interviewed as well. We were given a test over the computer to test our previous knowledge about technology, customer service, and general common sense. The test was fairly easy and the questions I seemed to not know seemed unimportant in the test. After getting a high enough score on the test, I was finally called back for an interview. The first questions had to do with troubleshooting.. for example "what would you do if someone couldn't get their computer to work". The questions led into more "about me" and general interview questions. These questions all seemed to blend together and basically was the same question over and over. During this part of the interview, I believe the point was just to see how you react under pressure.
