I applied in-person. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at TTEC (Cainta) in Apr 2011
Interview
First they will let you fill up an online personal information. online info includes questions asking why would you like to work on their company. After filling up all the online info, I went into a room with computers and took my hearing and communication skills exam. There is no time pressure, just answer all the questions online with the best answer you could get. Staffs are very friendly and accommodating.

Question 1
There is no difficult question as far as i can remember, all questions being asked derived from my resume.
I applied online. The process took 4 days. I interviewed at TTEC (Greeley, CO) in Sep 2012
Interview
Applied online and instantly (within a business day) received an email asking me to set up an interview. There was the option of 4 interview times Monday - Friday. I was a little surprised no one personally contacted me or set up an interview.
When I arrived to the interview there were a few other people there to be interviewed as well. We were given a test over the computer to test our previous knowledge about technology, customer service, and general common sense. The test was fairly easy and the questions I seemed to not know seemed unimportant in the test.
After getting a high enough score on the test, I was finally called back for an interview.
The first questions had to do with troubleshooting.. for example "what would you do if someone couldn't get their computer to work".
The questions led into more "about me" and general interview questions. These questions all seemed to blend together and basically was the same question over and over. During this part of the interview, I believe the point was just to see how you react under pressure.
