Also, the online application is where you indicate your available hours (they base your schedule on this, so be honest). Then, you have to run a computer scan to ensure compatibility. After that, you have to complete a question and answer session through a voicemail. I guess that is the interview? I never had to speak to anyone before I got the offer for the job.

Sometimes it will just take you a day to get the job and be hired, signing of contract be done once the entire batch has been filled, on my part I got 2 days. First day were, initial up to the final interview, exams which includes written and voice and the 2nd day includes my contract sign up
