TTEC Customer Setvice Representative interview questions

I like that TT tests you thoroughly and doesn't ask for specific work history. Tech support was great and flexible when my system didn't meet one spec. They were responsive when I could not book a schedule time because none was listed on the link.

Submitted my application and went through an online assessment, answered recorded messages on the phone, went to a group session where everyone there was promptly offered a job. Had to pass a background check and submit to a drug screening.
