I applied online. The process took 6 days. I interviewed at TTEC in Oct 2021
Interview
After applying for the remote position, I was quite excited that I was invited to take the assessment for the position the same night and then quickly invited to schedule an interview.
The interview was in a group setting with a few other people. I found it extremely odd that we weren't required to use our webcams. To begin, the recruiter went over an informational PowerPoint about the company, which included topics such as company values, wage, benefits, etc. Next it informed us which company we would be contracted out to as well as other details on the position.
To preface this next part: I specifically marked in my application that I am only looking for a part-time position and that I would need to coordinate with the company to fit the mandatory full time training period around my current obligations. Then the recruiter shared with us that the position was a full time position and that we had no say in what our work schedule would look like. I was pretty shocked and embarrassed that I was sitting in for an interview that I knew I would be declining. What is the point of allowing me to select that I want to apply for a part-time position if they're going to send offers for full-time only?
Needless to say, I was disappointed as I genuinely was looking forward to joining the company. I hope in the future their system works better to filter candidates appropriately.
It was easy to understand, they are polite and you can understand them well. It was fun and they will ask you the basic questions such as name, and tell me about yourself
