The interview process was fine. did all the pre assessments and online exams. The interview asked basic questions, your contact information, educational attainment and such. overall it was a good experience.

It's more like a presentation. The recruiter will display a presentation via zoom that tells you about the company and what to expect, then they individually ask candidates how many years of customer service they have and a little about themselves.
